It united and connected through a narrative arc built on human emotions.

No corporate wallpaper.

To achieve the engagement Capita Healthcare required, our strategy was to create a video that wouldn’t be viewed as just another piece of corporate wallpaper. We wanted it to be provocative but also to carry a serious message- all of the 5,000 Capita Healthcare employees (regardless of their role) helped millions of people stay healthy and ‘live a better life.’

Centred around authentic human emotions (the good, the bad and the ugly) we take the viewer on a journey from the mundane to the memorable before connecting them with the overall message. Everyday we help over 320 million people live life. Better.
